What was trending with IT executives in Thailand in 2020?
COVID-19 topped the list of terms that Gartner* IT practice clients in Thailand searched for in the research on gartner.com between January and 30 November 2020.
Searches for “work from home” and “remote work” peaked in March and April. Terms falling just outside the top 10 included cloud security, digital workplace and GDPR.
Two terms on the top 10 list in Thailand – enterprise architecture and APIs – did not appear on the global top 10 list.

Searches for “remote work” and “Zoom” peaked in April, “cost optimization” searches peaked in May, while “return to work” was trending in June.
