HPE Discover More 2022: The Global Hybrid Cloud Experience
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (Thailand) Co Ltd (HPE) has organized the HPE Discover More 2022 seminar, an event that gathers experts from various fields, including customers, partners and HPE executives to share their direct experiences in digital transformation.
Surachai Atthamongkolchai, Country Manager of Thailand Hybrid IT Business Group, Hewlett Packard Enterprise ( Thailand) Co., Ltd., said that HPE is committed to push the organization in a mechanical way. The strategy is "Edge to cloud platform as a service" which is truly a hybrid cloud. This edge strategy with core and cloud through key technologies such as hyperconverged can support both virtualized and non-virtualized enterprise environments. This will help the organization's cost saving on IT budget in the long run.
It also increases the flexibility for business expansion. Our solution is HPE GreenLake, a platform that can be linked to all IT operations, can be customized at different costs. HPE GreenLake also allows organizations to meet the needs of the hybrid cloud perfectly. Through the concept of pay-as-you-go on both public cloud and private cloud from one place, it also reinforces the sustainability concept of social responsibility and environment in terms of energy cost savings. Coupled with the high efficiency of the system, it will save both the license cost and the hardware cost.
The next focuses is Data Modernization. Surachai said that HPE has started from re-infrastructure, whether it is wireless network technology, computing technology, storage and backup technology. and using those data for analysis (AI/ML) for the benefit of the customer's business through the HPE platform and software available provided by the leading partners. In terms of data management, building a security system for information especially its in-depth ransomware management capabilities that can better validate corporate data, workload support, AI and ML support, and others.
The third point will focus on advanced computing such as High Performance Computing (HPC). HPE has announced that its HPC technology has become the world's leader in this field. Recently, HPE has been chosen to build the world's fastest super-speed system Frontier in the United States.
Surachai added that HPC technology is not only used in specialized groups, but also widely used in the organization. The integration with both AI and ML, the processing time has reduced from days to a few hours through the current HPC technology. Financial services and education departments are the key sectors that use this technology.
In addition, the ecosystem where HPE works with various software partners will provide in-depth solutions such as taxation and electronic documentation, medical technology , including collaborating with various local service providers.
