Ericsson recognized by Thailand’s Commerce Ministry for its Compliance Program

Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) has been recognized and certified by Thailand’s Commerce Ministry (MOC) for its Internal Compliance Program (ICP) - the best practice governing ways of working with trade related issues, to be used in the control of goods when crossing a country border, to ensure a consistent and documented handling of the operations.
Ericsson is among 26 organizations recognized for their Internal Compliance Program, receiving an honorable certificate from MOC.

Under the DFT Notification issued in September 2021, the Internal Compliance Program consists of the following systems: (1.) System regarding responsibility and delegation of management duty, (2.) System regarding usage and end-user verification, (3.) System regarding internal training, (4.) System regarding information and document management, (5.) System regarding system check and improvement, and (6.) System regarding reporting. Ericsson has been named in the list and certified by MOC since the company meets all of DFT’s six criteria for a complete Internal Compliance Program.
